Thanks GilmoreGirl. The stuff tastes somewhat coconutty and has a rough tecture - a little sweet too. I also got the cacao type but have yet to open it. I think I might use it in my morning "fake coffee smoothie" in place of raw cacao nibs when I run out. :) These products are good for transition from SAD to raw when you really want something rich-tasting and don't want to make something.
