To me, the red (rooster) sauce is what made those rolls. I would just put mashed up avocado with the red sauce, then some cucumber, carrot, maybe some cauliflower rice and you are good to go!

I don't know if it is called "rooster" sauce, but it is the red hot sauce they have at japanese sushi places and it has a picture of a rooster on it :o I have seen it in grocery stores in the asian section too. It is vinegar and spicy chili based I believe. The sushi places I have been use the rooster sauce, mayo and tuna to make the spicy tuna.

so let's say i mix alissa's chili sauce with alissa's mayo and then mix that into chopped avocado/other veggies, think that would do it? would i be missing some key ingredient?

i'd then roll with cauli rice and other veggies.

THANKS!
