So I have officially moved across the country and am now living back home again. My mom told me that I glow :) I think that's one of the best compliments. I have also had lots of people told me that I lost weight (I actually haven't, but my body shape is changing). I am not 100% yet, but pretty darn close.. and will be. I love it.

In other news, I just purchased the Vitamix and I got a stellar deal thanks to the US dollar situation lately. (Sorry to all those Americans.. but this is great for us up north!)

In more news, I made the Coconut Ice Cream from RFRW and it was the best thing I have ever made. I made my whole family try it and they LOVE it! My sister said it reminded her of Bounty Ice Cream! She said she likes it better than any SAD food and my sister is FAR from raw. So this is great. It's nice to be living back home and showing my family how tasty raw food can be! :D

I know all about profitting from the currency exchanges, and I salute you! Back in the early 80s I lived in West Germany. The exchange rate averaged 3.48 deutsch mark per every U.S. dollar - we made out like bandits!
