When I splurge on a good one (I have othe round w/temp) I think I 'll get this one. I did contact them regarding the minimum temp and they said it was 50 degrees.
Anyone else tried it??

Wow! They have a huge fancy new store near me that just popped up this last year I believe. I had no idea that they carried stuff like this. I would really want to do a comparison with someone who has much more knowledge about this type of thing than I do. The only thing I questioned was the temperature. They only mentioned the high in the description so the technical writer is ignorant of our market. The low of 50 (F?) that they told you apon inquiry does not make sense to me. It looks good. I like that it has a timer that you can set. Depends on your purpose I guess. I need a good dehydrator but I need a Vitamix or Blendtec first.

There's one on my local craigslist- I'm curious now to know of any reviews or opinions as well! I was going to get the Excalibur on Friday, now I'm confused!
