Is there any DVD that shows how to open a young coconut? I've read the directions, but would like to see a demo.

I found a very easy way to open a coconut (the brown ones, not the young thai ones, never had them) and did it a couple of times like this. You don't need a knife. I swear, it's dead simple!

First, pierce with a screwdriver through one of the 'eyes', to get the juice out. The 'eyes' (the circle spots on top) are usually week, pierce two eyes to get the juice out quicker (the air can escape that way). Then, knock the coconut a couple of times on the ledge of a stone, in the middle, keep turning it. Or just on a hard floor.
You don't need to use much force, see the following youtube movies.
After a bit it just cracks open.
