I bought three fuji apples the other day, when I took a bite of the first one, it had no taste or flavor, yuck. Usually, I love fuji apples, I don't know what happened to these. So ... what can I do with the other 2 - I don't want to throw them away.

Could you try dehydrating them with a little cinamon? Maybe drying them out would bring out a little flavor... and of course the cinamon would taste great!

I add them to my green salads, with a handful of raisins and top off with sesame seed dressing. ~ Cathy

I'd make apple pie or oatmeal cookies.

1) What is their country of origin?

2) You are probably eating LAST YEAR's apples.

GG, you might want to cultivate a taste for the apple varieties grown in USA, and always be aware of where your apples are coming from. There are many excellent apples grown in USA. I don't know if they grow any apples anywhere near you or not. If you like Fuji, you will probably like Pink Lady, which usually come from Northern California.

Is it a mild, low acid apple that you like?

Maybe, I like a crisp, crunchy apple, with kind of sweet flavor. I found another apple I like too, honey crisp. Thanks for all the suggestions for the fuji's. They were not organic, maybe that has something to do with it. I got them at the regular grocery store.
