I love my large smooth skin avocadoes, the ones with the buttery flesh.
I take these and lay them on their side and slice a nice size slice then another and turn it over on the other side and do the same, to avoid cutting the seed.
I take these slices usually 4 slices and marinate them in red pepper and sundried tomato sauce which i put a couple of red peppers and and some sundried tomatoes in my small blender and whirl away and then after the slice marinate for about a half an hour i put them in my dehdrater for about an hour and then i take them out and layer on thinly sliced mushrooms, the white ones and onions and sliced tomatoes and seasoning.
It is so good and it's different from the other pizzas but it's worth trying:)
I love it and am giving to my hubby for dinner.
