Anything and everything welcome.

I've heard of several people curing arthritis by alternating 1 week juice fasting with 1 week raw vegan diet, for a really long time, more than a year.

I was chronic from 17 years old until 24... when I turned 24.. I went raw :D
It comes and goes during winter months when its colder my hands stiffen.. I used to drop mugs out of my hands... but goodness I do not have to crack my fingers anymore to make the pain go away.. I used to beg my spouse to heave on my wrists to reduce the pressure. I introduced nuts and flax seeds... flax seeds seem to the wonder miracle for me!

I'm just sure a RAW vegan diet helps. Also, a good supplement is glucasamine. Many of my biking friends, most of them over 50, and I are helped with joint pain by it. It's a substance prduced by the body, but we run out of it as we age. My chiropractor put me onto it. Do some research and be sure to search out a good, clean source. swear by the stuff! ;)

Excellent. Thank you people. I've been reading and apparently apple cider vinegar is a god for relieving the joint pains? Has anybody tried this?
There was also something about oil pulling? Guess I'll have to give these a crack.

Some people think that arthritis is a toxicity in the body so theoretically being 100% raw should relieve it over time.

Choose foods that reduce inflammation and it should help you out a lot also. Good luck friend.

While 100% raw and with a light workout routine my joint pains were nearly all gone. When I eat something cooked they come back with a vengeance.

Hi all,
this summer I started have extreme back pain. Also cramping down my legs. After MRI I have a fractured lumbar vertebrae. I am bummed to say the least. I went raw about 10 months ago. (Not 100% as I do struggle.) My doc wants to try corticosteroid shots in the spin to help with leg cramps, anyone know about side effects? Has anyone had any luck with acupuncture? In pain and desperate

This is a video about calcium deposits and inflammation. You might want to listen to the other parts. Basically he's talking about something called nano bacteria that calcifies like a coral reef causing inflammation and arthritis among other things. This one tells you what foods you can eat to dissolve them. I believe garlic and msm are a couple.

Thank you solarliving! This has answered part of my question as to why coral calcium is off the market. It was sold to me a few years ago for my osteoporosis and then I saw that it is no longer being sold and I was wondering why. So how much of that coral calcium is in my body and possibly heart? The allopaths are warning me that I am ripe for a heart attack! And now David Wolfe too! Alot to learn! I could not hear everything that he said. Wish I could read a transcript. He mentioned some kind of equipment to google but couldn't catch the name.
I am going to send that to a friend who has rheumatoid arthritis.

Been doing some googling . . . . . googlegooglegoogle . . . .and am now thoroughly confused on the issue of coral calcium since I found right away Bob Barefoots "Cure America" website and several others that insist that there is much documentation that calcium cures cancer even and they insist that coral calcium is the best.
I think that the idea of trying to get all of our nutrition naturally through our food is the best. However since I have failed in that and have allopath prescribed vitamins (for 2 vitamins only) I guess I am going to have to find a quality supplement.
I have an idea for a new niche market. Some place that helps people get tested for their vitamins inexpensively so they can supplement what they need. Yes, maybe hooked up with health food stores - why not? The allopaths have only tested me for deficiencies in their area of expertise when all the other expensive testing showed nothing and the symptoms lead to a specific vitamin. I would like to have all of my nutrional lacks evaluated and pointed out to me. I have read and many deficiencies show the same symptoms when you are lacking that item so it is hard to tell without a blood test.

luckitri- I'm not sure if he is talking about coral calcium. He is saying that calcium develops like a coral reef in the heart, joints, etcc.. Like there is a creature living inside the shell.
What sort of Arthritis have you got? I have Rheumatoid and Osteo arthritis. Go to www.gripon arthritis.libraryonhealth.com/read It is very helpful. I take Cetylpure which, unfortunately, is animal based, but the animal is not killed specifically for the medicine. Is is very effective though. As soon as I can find a plant based source I will take that. The pain gets just too much for both me and my husband otherwise. I hate taking it knowing that it is an animal byproduct. If anyone knows of a plant based source please let me know. On the site is a list of plants to use which are anti-inflammatory. Get some MSM powder. I get mine from www.herbalcom.com
