The Alfredo seems really rich... are you sure it isnt fattening? :o

My whole family LOST weight, EVEN while eating the fettucini alfredo! Wanna know the fun thing though! A little bit of that is SO filling (for me), so a little goes a LONG way here.:D HTH!:D

I can't eat it, its way too rich especially after you've become use to eating simply.
As for it being fattening, its made from nuts and nuts have plenty of fat content but if you are just starting out that really should be the last thing you are thinking about, just let your body get use to eating raw and you will almost certainly lose weight.
Eventually you will reach a plateau after which you will have to look at how much fat you are eating and how much exercise you are taking, and if you want to continue losing, address the exercise issue first.
but for now enjyoy the full range of raw recipes available to you. :)
