Has anyone cured their diverticulousis? with raw? or what did you do?
My dad has it and i would really like to help him cure it.
He also has a large mass in his chest area that could be cancerous. I told him to eat more greens and i told him how to make a green smoothies & how good they are for you. I also told him that cooked food has toxins that feed cancer and living food starves it.
Any advice, websites, or words will help :)

I would seek out someone experienced in dealing with such issues instead of the shotgun approach with random ideas?? Green smoothies are popular, but not a cure all. It can actually cause other irritations in certain situations. Cooked food is usually always not the best route though. If cooking, try to keep it too steaming mainly at least. But again, a clear path and direction is better than trying this and trying that. Mainly because curing takes time and patience. You need to stick to a guided plan I feel.

My mom has diverticulitis. She noticed a big improvement when she started drinking green smoothies.
Alissa's book has a testimony about someone that had diverticulitis
Here is a thread about diverticulitis and raw:

You could also let him watch the DVD Eating. It has a lot of good information on it that would be good for anyone who is concerned about cancer.

I really dislike hearing about diseases... They are so unnatural!!! I think when someone suffers from anything health related.. especially something such as diverticulitis I think that there is a major life change that has to happen. I feel confident that your father can help cure some of this condition by changing his life style. Even if he is already a fairly healthy person... diverticulitis is not healthy and sounds like a super painful thing to experience!!! Colon rupture and infection makes me feel for him... oh man! Do I ever.. I am not doctor.. and I do not think he should stop seeing his doctor but if your dad made raw and detoxing and moderate exercise part of his life style I think his diverticulitis would be less of a burden.. who knows.. his condition could clear up completely! People cure all types of conditions from cancers to asthma from going raw..
Believe and you shall receive!! :D
I am not sure if diverticulitis is a family passed down condition.. either way I think raw would make a world of difference for him!! Good luck.
Oh.. and I cured a lump my self from raw.
