Grocery store greens

I've been eating greens out of my garden all summer. Now I'm thinking towards winter and I don't really feel comfortable eating raw veggies from the store, especially spinach. Has any of you had to get over that?

I just don't buy the prebagged and I wash them well.

I usually can pick Wild Greens most of the year round if it's a mild winter. I just have to look a bit harder for slightly less reward! We also can grow some winter veg of our own.

What about sprouting the seeds of your favourite greens and eating them that way?
