Just made this.. very yummy

Dressing- Whisk togther
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4c. honey
1/4c. lemon juice
dash of salt

Slaw-

3 small apples shredded
1/2c dried cranberries
1 10 oz bag (or equiv) angel hair cabbage ( * I find this in the bagged salad/pre made coleslaw section of the produce department)

Combine the slaw ingredients and the dressing together in a large bowl. Massage everything together by hand. Refrigerate for about an hour to let flavors incorporate.

Nice fall salad. Enjoy

That sounds really good. I love that style of salad but in the UK you have to finely slice your own cabbage if you want it that thin. In the shops it comes in large cumbersome pieces :(

1/2c dried cranberries

You might want to check the ingredients on those. Most dried cranberries are made with lots of sad sugar and other oils even. In fact some actually have sugar as the first ingredient before cranberries! So they're usually not raw.

Great idea for a recipe though. I will try it with fresh cranberries or ones I slightly dehydrate myself.
