Which greens/fruits are really good for healthy hair and skin? I know that sulphur helps with that and I think cucumber, garlic, and onion contains it. That's about all I know or think I know. So far, with eating raw, I've gotten a lot of compliments on how my skin glows. I've been eating mostly melons, bananas, spinach, garlic, collards, avocado, tomatoes, onions, kales, mushrooms, zucchini, and different romains. With some eggplant, celery, parsley, carrots, and cucumber here and there. This week I bought the above, plus swiss chard and turnip tops.

I think you are right about the sulphur thing. All I know is that I have been mixing cacao nibs in with my greens in a smoothie and my hair has been incredible. So healthy and full of life looking!

C raw, You must be glowing with all those veggies.. I'm gonna try to get all those for us. Thanks for the info.
I've been eating avocados, and started on the Coconut Oil, THANKS TO STARFIRE, for just a short time and ALL READY I HAVE NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCES. MY HAIR IS AS THICK AS I CAN REMEMBER IT W/O A PERM and the heals of my feet are baby soft!!!

Rivergirl, do you think a daily avocado, over time, will help my thinnish hair?
You sound like your results have been quite amazing?
I did suffer a bit of hairloss last year, due to stress. thanks:)
