Wow been a long time since I've wrote...
anyway I adore my body for giving me so many masseges for what it wants- my intuition you can call it...
anyway I was quite blind to what was it saying the past few days... and "fell of the raw wagon" as the last scream of my body for a really good cleanup.. I suffered sooo much emotionaly and physically that I almost fainted mentally !
So today I realised that's it ! how have I not think about it before? You were asking for a juice fast ! You want to clean yourself up baby !
Yea !!!! so today... after starting quite ok I couldn't eat anything cooked because my mind was hurttttiiing literally just thinking about it... as if it was saying "no it is today.. you are ready"
I know it must be not as good as preparing for the fast... I did have bread and crap over the last 3 days... But today I had only fruits in the morning.. lots of water... a bit of raw cake and almonds.... and from now on and for the next I guess 3 days I'm going on a juice fast !
Wish me luck ^_^ I will be also going to my holistic teacher to get cleaned up emotionally ....
