Creative banana recipes?

Anyone have any creative recipes involving bananas? only ones I have found are salads and smoothies.

Well, I just dried some banannas and was going to see how they would taste in the choc. chip cookie dough batter chopped up....hum, don't know how that would taste, but I sure love the cookies crumbled in the bananna ice cream that I make using just frozen banannas and pureeing them up in a food processor. Banannas and Chocolate go good together. How about a chocolate covered bananna using the choc chip recipie and frozen banannas?

Have you ever tried to just mush up a ripe banana and add cacao nibs.

That's it. some time I just eat it like that. some times I dehydrate it overnight to make a soft type cookie. So easy and we love 'em around here
