what is one food (raw) you can't live without? Fudge balls! I love that they are very portable, and very filling. Great for emergencies out. Also green smoothies made with LOTS of greens and banana and cashews. I also really like the fettucine alfredo recipe (especially the fettucine part)

spice: hmmmm... I don't use much spices so I guess I'd have to say cumin cuz that's the only spice I use for spicy tacos, fajitas stuff like that (raw recipes of course!)
