Strong Nails

Does anyone have a recipe for stronger nails. I know eating raw will naturally begin to strengthen my nails, but I was wondering if anyone knew of certain foods to load up on.

Hi im pretty sure omega 3 type oils &/or evening primrose oil will help your nails, hair etc.

Never had strong, long nails until I started taking MSM. Now I have to cut them every couple of days. ~ Cathy
