View Full Version : Raw Bread?

I was wondering if anyone knows anything about "Manna Bread" by Nature's Path. Is it raw? I find it in the freezer section of my grocery store, and if I thaw it in the fridge and leave it for more than a day or 2 it molds quickly. I also don't seem to experience an addiction to this bread, like I do for conventional breads. Again I wonder, could it be raw? Nature's Path website didn't say.

In general, things aren't raw unless it says explicitly on the packaging that they are raw, and sometimes not even then. If it doesn't say "raw", chances are good that it's not.
