I just put on my socks to get ready to go to my kitchen for a morning of dehydrating (lots of fall harvest to tend to) and notice how soft and CRACK-LESS my heals were. They have been this way before but not with out nights of special treatment.. and then the minute I stop the cracks are back.

I think it's the coconut oil inside and out. I have NEVER allowed my self to have oil in my diet..maybe a tsp of olive oil here and there but not TABLESPOONS FULL a day.... no wonder I had cracks....

I have had cracked heels ever since being raw.. never before.. probably because I don't have all that lubricating lard to lube them up ha ha ha.. that was a joke! :rolleyes: *Te he he!* :D
But seriously... I think it is because I love being bare feet! Before raw I never wore flip flops or walked around with my feet but I made it my best to be closer to nature this year and gosh darn it.. nature has not been kind to my heels. :) But as winter comes.. I can moisturize them and wear plenty of socks! :D

Do you eat the 3-4 TABLE SPOONS of Coconut Oil daily and throw in an avocado for Breakfast or lunch? Cuz I'm outside all summer too... I'd like to show this baby's off.... to bad it time for BOOTS here in nebraska.

RG - same thing w/me. I used to have dry, almost ugly feet until going 100% raw. Now they are so smooth. I showed my daughter who has carbon copy feet and she couldn't believe the difference.
You figure. Our skin is our biggest organ and when one is healthy, THAT organ is gonna get healthy too.
Way to go!!! Just wait until next summer when you can show them off - with the rest of you!!! WOO HOO!!!
