....is really amazing stuff!

I have wondered why my diet has become more simple lately (much to my delight) and it is because I have been ahving a teaspoon full of the green stuff ever morning in my veggie juice!! Usually I am eating all throughout the day and I even eat when I am not hungry. But, since taking the powder I am feeling a lot better not eating. I am doing one week on the powder and one week off to see what happens.

It is incredibly nutritionally dense so I guess my body is thanking me for it....:)

Yes! It's good stuff! I use a heaping tablespoon daily. On days when I'm in a hurry to get going I will take nut mylk and adding a tablespoon of the powder and a squirt of agave, shake (the drink - not me :p ) and go! It's very good "stuff"!!!!!!!! Lots of greens instantly.

oooooo.. I've been wanting to try this stuff!!! glad you posted this! Im making a list of item I need (okay want! ;) )... and I'll add this to my list -- I'm in manifestation mode.... ! I do need to 'up' my intake of greens - although I do eat A LOT of salads, with Kale and different greens in them - I just feel I'm needing something more. I wish i could do green smoothies - but the fruit in them just messes with me too much! So this might be the perfect alternative for me!

Vegan for life....did you use this during your time of getting your thyroid back on track?? I was wondering if it is HIGH in sea veggies??? I really have to UP my sea veggie/iodine intake before I go to the indocrinologist in November....a recent test revealed that my thyroid is abnormal, and I want to avoid meds if possible.

Starfire: Have you tried a SAVORY green smoothie...I love the way I make mine....avo, tomato, garlic, celery, cucumber...spices...even coconut oil...I really like it, and think of it as a SOUP and not a traditional smoothie!!! Good luck....(oh yeah, and a blender full of greens to start with!!)

I have alot of work to do!!
