Just curious if anyone out there is following the 80/10/10 and am wondering how it is working for you. I'm am trying my hardest but haven't gotten there yet...

80/10/10 ? Is that 80% fruit, 10% veggies, & 10% nuts?

I do off & on. I lost 60 pounds in 3 months of eating high raw and 811. It's really the only thing that gives me the results I want as far as how I feel and look and my energy levels. I gain weight if I eat too much heavy fatty food even all raw. I think I need to do some cleansing especially my liver because I have trouble processing all the fat, even 'good' fats. I gained at least 50 pounds eating 100% raw for almost 6 months and weight more then I ever had in my life. It was depressing.
80-10-10 is 80% or more carbs 10% or less protein 10% or less fat

There are forums out there specific to this particular method, but we want to keep in accordance to the purpose of this forum which is (as stated in the title of the forum) that it is "A raw food community based on Alissa Cohen's Living on Live Food Book & DVDs"
