i dont know if this is posted in the right place- i am sick with the real flu and not the detox flu- how can i heal myself in 3 days. i did a search and nothing came up. i dont have a lot of wheatgrass, so what else can i use that would give me the benefits and what specifically can i put in a green smoothie that would relieve my flu symptoms. thanks a lot.

chopped very finely some raw garlic and swallow it without chewing. This is what i have been doing for few years and it works all the time, it will neutralize your flew. If you concern with the breath, just squeeze some fresh lemon juice into a glass of water and drink it after.
Follow the intuition with your body, if you aren't hungry just don't eat and drink liquid.
Hoping for you to feel good soon!

I hope you get feeling better! I hate the flu. I second the advice on eating lightly and getting plenty of liquid. I think room temperature drinks are best on the stomach. I hope the raw food diet keeps the flu away this year. I also will be doing plenty of hand washing and positive thinking that I won't get it! At least I am not working in a daycare center this year. When I am working in centers I usually get sick every year.
