I have been going mostly raw since August 1st. I had already lost 6 # since May 13, but have lost an additional 14 # since going mostly raw. I'm getting rawer all of the time!!!?!!! I happened on Alissa's site while surfing for recipes and other information. I have contacted a teacher in Springfield, OH and hope to take a class soon.
