No problem. Here is the recipe:

1 c. coconut oil
1/2 c. raw cashew butter or almond butter
1/3 c. agave
1/8 c. raw carob powder
1/2 c. cacao nibs or carob powder
10 drops peppermint essential oil or peppermint flavoring

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until smooth. Pour into molds or a pan; freeze for at least 30 minutres before serving.

I used all carob powder because I will not give my kids cacao. I also used almond butter. These are so good. I actually have to hide them because everyone eats them so quickly.

I know you are gonna love them.

What is the difference between
Carob and cacao?

If you would not give your kids cacao...why would you put in the nibs?
Also, I'm wondering why you would not give this to children?

Learning something everyday..

Carob powder is not from the cacao bean. It is highly nutritious and has no caffeine. Cacao is the raw form of cocoa beans. I find that it is very stimulating for myself and my children.

The recipe calls for cacao nibs......I was just making a note that I use carob instead.
