Is vingar raw? Is all vinagar distilled? If it distilled it's not raw, right?

White, distilled vinegar is not raw. Apple cider vinegar (preferably Bragg's brand) is raw/unpasteurized.

Not all apple cider vinegar is raw is it? I know Braggs is raw. However, I think you should look for unpasteurized on the label.

but balsamic is not, is that right? i remember hearing that but im not sure why. has it been distilled?

i love apple cider vinegar, i have it every day. i dont use braggs because i dont like how they add water to the bottle. it dilutes the taste. i think i use omega nutrition, theyre mm mm good.
