I just read your whole website. You are such an inspiration! As I was looking through your photos I saw an amazing looking dish. Would you please post the recipe for the "Raw No Fry"?

Sorry I am just seeing this. I have been completely swamped lately and haven't had a whole lot of time to blog. I just emailed you the recipe but I will post it here for others to enjoy as well! A picture of this on on my website (labeled raw nofry stirfry).

BROCCOLI ORIENTAL WOK- STYLE
Serves 6

2lbs Broccoli
1 cup of cabbage sliced thin
1 red pepper
1 bunch green onion
Pineapple (optional
1 cup of carrots julienne
3 stalks celery
1 cup of snow peas
Add last to protect their form
1 cup thin sliced mushrooms
1 cup bean sprouts
1 cup of cashews

Garnish
Radish seed sprouts

Sauce
½ cup Namo shoyu
¾ cup tahini
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 teaspoons fresh grated ginger
1 tablespoon lemon juice
4 cloves of garlic (chopped fine)

Rice Substitute:

2 cups of wheat berries soaked overnight and drained


Thin slice vegetables and place in a bowl, massage by grabbing hands full and squeezing your fists. Mix sauce by hand and pour over vegetables, massage until mixed thoroughly. Carve pineapple heart into bamboo shoot and or water chestnut substitute, then add mushrooms and bean sprouts and toss lightly. Place on a bed of wheat berries and garnish with seed sprouts.
