I don't know if it's the coming cooler weather or what, but lately it seems I can't keep the weight down.

I ate simply for a few months, almost no recipes, but now I seem hungrier all the time, and need some ideas for lower cal recipes.

Pls help!:D

Try to reduce rather than cut out all the fat, as that's likely to set you up for failure, green smoothies, fruit etc are good for breakfasts, a large salad once a day, and a smaller salad with something prepare for dinner, Alissa has good number of recipes that should be fine and there are some good basic recipes on this site, eg pizza bases, BBq chicken fingers, Better than beef, Roll-ups, Soups even granola, check then out, don't be obsessed, just make sure that your diet remains varied and that does include some fat like avos etc a couple of times a week.

And make sure you exercise, it's probably a bit more important when it comes to keeping your weight down. Good luck. :)

I love eating and didn't realize how many pounds I added in by eating lots of nuts, crackers and avocados besides my other foods. For me, can't speak for others, it added tons of weight and now I have lost 11 pounds and going down but having cut out nuts, a small sliver of avocado vs. the whole one I eat, no breads of any sort, and forget those wonderful desserts. At rawlucks I can still say yes, eat, but at home it was one brazil that fell out of a broken bag I ate controlling myself seeing I am now down 4 pounds in one week.

I am back to the gym, working out with a trainer--great investment in me, and seeing inches come off. I have been member of several clubs over the past years, but the most I have ever gotten from a club has been 24 hour fitness now. If you decide to join, before doing so, email me as they have a rewards program that as member we gain points, not money. Regardless I'm hooked not on phonics, but on 24 hour fitness. http://24hourfit.schedulesource.com/public/ for clubs in your area or their club info at www.24hourfitness.com

Hope this is okay to put in, but its a great club and kept clean in my area.

I use the steam room and maybe that helped shed some weight even doing 10 minutes steam only few times a week.

This is what is helping me right now. Surely hope I can afford the trainer as I love his way of explaining it to me and learning. I suppose it's again an investment into me so probably will continue for a while and then resume when I can gather more funds. Without work it's challenging.

Best to you.
