Got my first Cacao bits yesterday and wanted to try something fast so i mushed up a real ripe banana and about 1-2Tbs nibs per cookie and pop them in the dehydrator last night. (10 hours)
I cant describe the texture... I could pick it up in by hand but still mushy..
Oh yummmm..... I made 2 one for my husband, but I might eat his before he comes home from work..
The nibs are kind of melty and warm
