now things have changed and i don't eat anymore cooked food so will my stomach start going down?
I've exercised and nothing happens with my stomach or my waistline and my  bowel movements at just that sad.
It's not quite been a week since going all raw but has things gotten better for those that may have had the same problem.

Hi Bethanie, have you had a physical lately to check your female organs? I went through this for about two years and discovered I had issues which needed to be addressed. After it was all said and done I lost four inches in my waist and my tummy went completely flat. People started asking me when I was expecting that is how bad it got for me and I was doing 200 sit-ups per day and about an hour on the treadmill. Nothing was working. Continue raw and get that check-up.

Have you tried any bowel cleansing?

I really like this supplement: Oxy-powder for helping me with backed up bowels. You can google it for more information. The raw food diet will eventually take care of it but since it is really unhealthy to have clogged up bowels, getting things moving and cleaned out while starting my raw lifestyle did wonders for me :) There are lots of ways to do this though. There are colonics, enemas, various kits that help with bowel cleansing. The website curezone has a forum about this you could check out for more ideas. Anyway, in case it is something you have not tried, it might be worth a thought.

Are you drinking green smoothies? That helps big time! :)

Yes, that is what i need.
If it weren't dark outside i would go out and get some kale for a smoothie.
I will start doing it tomorrow, how many times a day should i drink green smoothies?
Thank you so much for the help.
Tomorrow will be day number 4 and it's getting easier, no cravings at all:D :D

Get some bananas if you like those too! Those make them have such a nice texture... I try to drink about 32 oz. a day or more. That's about how much I have for breakfast. Sometimes I'll make a second one later in the day.

Beets and beet leaves really help to clean me out. I've also tried green smoothies with a whole lime (peel included... I make sure to get organic when I do this.) and some mint leaves, and that really cleans me out too. It's an interesting taste.

I also read about (and have since done this as well... I wish I could remember who to give credit to for this idea!) making tea by putting some freshly cut peppermint leaves in filtered water with a touch of stevia (if you don't have any, it's ok!)... It's more like really tasty water than a traditional tea, but it's great for a troubled tummy.

I came to raw because my stomach was in horrible condition, and I had ulcers etc. (I'm only 25!)... I didn't foresee all of the other amazing benefits, which have been wonderful... My stomach went from keeping me in bed and very gassy and in pain... to just being another part of my body. It NEVER hurts now, although every once in a while I will feel bloated if I eat way too much.

Good luck to you. :)
