Hello all!
I received my order of "superfoods" from rawguru.com yesterday and tried lucuma powder for the first time. It tasted like malt to me! So tonight I made a chocolate malt and it was delish!
My Chocolate Malt Recipe:
Coconut water (from one young, white coconut - approx. 3 cups)
3 packs stevia
2 T. blue agave syrup
2 frozen bananas
1 heaping T. cacao powder (raw cocoa powder)
1 tsp. lucuma powder
Put all in blender and whipped up. Couldn't believe how close it tasted to a Dairy Queen chocolate malt. YUM!!!
