What happened to my calzone?

But I agree, while it's cracked, it still looks good and (more importantly) I'm sure it still TASTES good! :)

OMG! You're right! I thought I made it 1/4", but I just measured it and it's 1/8" (or less) after dehydrating. It was hard to measure due to the structure of it. I don't know what 1/8" or less translates into prior to dehydration. I have to admit, I cut a piece off about 15 minutes ago and it's pretty good. I hope it doesn't leak out now. Thanks everyone, and especially Rawkinlocs! :)

It turned out pretty good. :) I think I'll add some garlic to the insides next time though.
