I just got Alissa's book and dvd. I haven't even watched disc 2 yet and I'm already convinced that I want to do this! I've always hated cooking, much to my husband's dismay! ;) I only wish he would join me in this lifestyle because he has alot of health problems, I believe because of the junk he eats. I'm ready to start this raw eating and want to commit to the 30 day challenge.
I live in east Tennessee up on Bald Mountain, which is part of the Appalacian mountains. The closest place I have to shop for organic fruits & veggies is Asheville, NC, which is about 45 mins. from my house. I love Asheville so it's not a problem for me to shop there once a week.
I'm so happy to have a place here to learn and get the support I know I will need and eventually be able to give back.
