As of yesterday morning my weight was on the move again. I was at a stale mate for several weeks, I credit to my nibbling and cheating on SAD foods and my higher intake of fats(nuts, seeds, oils). But yesteray I woke up a lb lighter at 239lbs and this morning I am down 2 more lbs, I have now lost 18lbs in all. I weigh 237 this morning.

Yesterday I was 100% raw, no cheating, no nibbling on SAD foods. I stayed full and satisfied all day, I even over dosed myself on raw cole slaw I made. What I have done is cut way back on my fats (my nuts, seeds and oils). I was told this is what causes yeast over growth (Candida) which I'm fighting right now. Actually it is clearing up too now that I've cut back on fats and concentrated on friuts & veggies.
See if I can remember what I did eat? I really should keep a better journal...

I ate 1 banana for breakfast
1 large Mango for mid morning
1 banana for lunch
2 radishes for lunch
a load of Cole Slaw for mid afternoon(4 adverge size bowls full... I just couldn't get my fill of this yummy stuff)
a Green Smoothie for supper(a lg bowl full of strawberries & over a handfull of romaine lettus & 1 banana)
I drank a moderate amount of water throughout the day(could have drank more)

So my weight is on the move again and I'm so HAPPY. I was wondering what was stalling my progress (besides no really doing any kind of excersise) and I think it was me over doing my fats. Live and learn!
