Have you read Victoria Boutenko's book 12 Steps to Raw? All of the raw pioneers like Alissa, David Wolfe and Victoria agree that cooked food is a serious addiction.

Welcome back - though I am new. Cooked food is a serious addiction. I made it almost a month, slipped when I visited an old dear friend and am having the hardest time getting back to 100% raw. It is helpful to see the struggles of others and read supportive emails.
