Serving Sizes in Alissa's book

I've read Alissa's book and made some notes, but I'm having a senior moment. Can anyone tell me how many servings and/or people each of Alissa's recipes are supposed to feed? I can't seem to find serving sizes anywhere.

That has been by biggest frustration with the book. There are not serving sizes or how many servings a particular recipe would make. It would be wonderful if Alissa put an addendum on RFT for each recipe so that we would have that info.

I thought maybe I'd missed something. Serving size approximates would be helpful so you could determine how much more of a recipe to make when needed.
