The past couple of days I just can't stand the thought of drinking a GS, although I love them and have been drinking them for almost a year. Has anyone else experienced this?

YES!!! I can't make a combo I enjoy right now. Even the old standby is making me gag a bit. I be missin' dem greens!!

Yep, same thing happened to me. As a replacement, I made a tomato soup, of sorts, with some greens, carrots, tomatoes (of course) cucumbers, zuchinni, and whatever else. This way, I would still get the greens without the green-ness.

Yep, I've had it happen a few times. Eventually I get the taste for them back.

Right now there is only ONE combination that is appealing to me, anything else makes me gag. I'm sure it's just a matter of time before I lose the taste all together again.

I just go with it.

somehow my GSs don't turn out as tasty as they used to..... i don't know what's different, but i seem to be craving other kinds of foods now.....
i don't want salads these days- i want something heavier like nuts and something sweet like dried figs... it seemed like a genuine request from my body itself :D so that's what i've been consuming today

Are you rotating the greens in your smoothies?

I was just going to ask that same question. If you read Green for Life Victoria Boutenko explains why they need rotated or you get turned off to the taste. It is nature's way. Very normal.

I ask my body every morning if I want green lemonade or green smoothie. I go back and forth with some days doing neither, perhaps just a salad those days. It's been very interesting feeling my intuition in the nutrition department develop.

I've read Green for Life, and try to rotate my greens about once a week or so, it's usually either, spinach, dark romaine, kale, or dandeline greens. I just need a break for a few weeks I think. Hopefully, I'll crave them again sometime in the near future. Right now all I mainly want are cold/crisp apples, cold grapes, cold melons, crisp/crunchy salads, and fresh squeezed orange juice.

That sounds like a great diet to me. I am sure you will be drinking smoothies again soon.

yup-David Wolfe says that your body naturally balances the longer you are raw, so maybe you need more sweet and less green right now. No Biggie!

I have been making green pudding instead of a green smoothie. I am really enjoying being able to eat it with a spoon.

I just don't add water to what I used before in my smoothie. Then I pour it into a bowl and add chopped fruit. YUM!

The same thing is happening to me right now, I can't stand the thought of a green smoothie, I am finding it hard to think of raw food I like just now after 7 months raw. I have loved it up till now but I feel I am starting to get sick of raw fruit & veg.

I go through the same thing...right now too... I've been juicing a LOT; I figure I can still get my greens in there somehow....
