I doubt it unless you make it yourself and unless it says somewhere on the packaging. Or if there's a web site or a phone number you could ask the company.

When you are first starting out, condiments aren't a big deal, especially if they really help you to stay on raw. Eventually, you'll find some recipes that you like.

raw mustards are so easy to prepare, they basically involve soaking the mustard seeds in a vinegar mixture, then blending (or leaving them grainy). I will post some more recipes when I get a chance so look for the thread soon.
dijon you buy in a jar at the store is usually cooked.

I posted them in another post. They're a little more coarse, IF you prefer a smooth mustard, blend it. Taste and adjust.
They're really simple and they're one thing you make raw that keeps long, so don't be intimidated about making your own! :) :)
