I'm on my second day 100% raw.
I am doing the green smoothie thing, salads....fruits...
I am also doing a LOT of nuts and dried fruits. Is this ok? I LOVE THEM!!

I don't know about you, but when I first when raw, I was shovin' in all the nuts and dried fruit I could, like no tomorrow!:D It didn't bode well for my weight loss.....I ended up gaining. Everyone is different though, and what didn't work for me, may work for someone else. I've found that I've really started losing weight with mostly fruit, some veggies, and little fat. I take a tbs. of coconut oil everyday, and some of the recipes I use have some nuts/olive oil/avocado in them, but not an exorbitant amount. You'll find what works for you, it's all trial and error!
