Raw spinach... spices

What are your favorite spices(or combinations of) to add to raw spinach?

I LOVE raw spinach. I juice it, add it to my green smoothies and use it as my main green in my salads. The spices/flavors/seeds I add to my salads are raw, organic poppy seeds and raw, organic black sesame seeds. Just those two with a little olive oil and I'm set! I think poppy seeds and spinach compliment each other wonderfully!

Well this isn't a spice but I like to add lemon juice, olive oil, Celtic Sea Salt, and minced garlic!!
