Hi Everyone!
Long story short, a bunch of my girlfriends and I are getting together this month at a Silpada Jewelry party. It's at my house, and since it's an open house I don't need to serve dinner. I think heavy appetizers/entree salad will be fine. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can serve? I'm looking for tasty "paper-plate-on-lap" kind of fare, since I don't have a table large enough to accommodate everyone who will be there.

RawkStar,
How fun! How about marinate stuffed mushrooms, maybe an Indian Spinach dip with chopped veggies. I have taken mock salmon piped into cherry tomatoes and sunny dip piped into Belgiuum endive to potlucks with great success. Maybe could do mini pizzas or mini desserts-RP's brownies are a great dessert recipe that comes to mind.
Ooooh! I hope you have lots of fun creating for and enjoying the party.

I LOVE sushi, so I'd make sushi bites.
Here's the link to how I make them: (they are super simple and very yummy)

Also Alissa's spinach dip and/or onion dip and veggies are great! Easy too!

If I was going to a party I would love to munch on:
Raw Chips + Raw Dip
Mixed Nuts maybe toss in some raisins.
Brownies

Fruit leather is fun. Alissa's crepes. Of course green smoothies!!! Seriously. Take a great fruit smoothie - throw a leaf or two of spinach in there and serve in pretty wine glasses. What a great way to turn your friends on to GS's!!!

Sounds like great fun! I love a good party, I would suggest Mangoes or possibly a nice fruit tray. I hope the party is a success!

I like nacho cheese dip served with raw veggie sticks, or partially dehydrated and packed into hollowed out veggies. Fruit kebabs are usually popular. I don't know about the smoothies. I personally can't stand them and wouldn't drink one at a party.

Sushi, raw cake (c'mon, who wouldn't be impressed with cake that's good for you?), veggie tray, raw samosas, raw pasta, mmmmmmm

Ooh, yes... All of these are excellent choices for a party! I like your fruit kebabs! Throw some mangoes in there, oh that would be delicious. You aren't having a party soon are you? :D
