Raw pizza!

So with my new dehydrator, I made raw pizza!!!!!!!!!

And WOW is it ever 'real'!!!!

I made it with raw essene bread from the farmer's market and for cheese I did cashews blended with some water. the tomato sauce was one vine tomato mixed with a tiny bit of the cashew cheese. I'll take a picture later.

I just cannot believe how REAL it tastes. It's still dehydrating but I've been picking at it cause it's so good and warm in there. MMMMMMMMMMMMmmmmmmmmmm.

Coolness! I'm so glad to hear someone say positive things about making food in a dehydrator. I hear so many people complaining about the recipes coming out horribly. I'm planning on sacrificing enough money to get an Excalibur soon, and I'd like to know that it will be worth it. I should be getting Alissa's book and dvds tomorrow. I can't wait to get all of this going. :)
