Alissa's is delicious.

Basically, peeled zukes, tahini, lemon salt, blend eat.

Tahini's pretty watery... If you use almond butter (which is actually a great idea!), I would add a touch of water too.

Tahini's cheaper, though... so next time I would look out for that! :)

I can't get raw tahini so make my own all the time. This is my version. Get sesame seeds and grind them up fine. Then dump them into your food processor and add a TBSP of cold pressed oil while the processor is on. Add enough tablespoons to get it to a nice creamy consistency. Maybe like 1 cup of seeds to like 3-5 TBSP of oil. You will be able to tell when you make it how much you need. If you are in a big hurry as sometimes I'm making a recipe and realize I need Tahini I just grind up the seeds and throw in oil and mix with a fork quickly. That works when in a rush. By the way this is also how I make almond, cashew, or walnut butter too.
