Hello, all...I think I would like an understanding of what is going on, but in the alternative, any support and suggestions are also great....I just need help.
For the first 2 months, I didn't have any trouble transitioning to Raw and then staying 100% raw for 3-4 days at a time with a day or so in between eating raw, with perhaps a couple of steamed or roasted veggies added to salads here and there....then ate raw for 18 days consecutive.
Then I ate SAD FF for 2 days (emotional, stress and poor planning). Been back to raw for 2 days, now, but I can't stop eating. Staying raw, but scared by the calories I must be ingesting...eating raw candy, salads, smoothies, raw crackers....but pretty much non stop...
also drinking water, in case I am dehydrated....
Any explanations or shared experiences....

Find something to keep you busy! Go for a bike ride or a run or a walk, read a book, walk around town... It's so easy to overeat out of boredom and anxiety, but if you do something peaceful that fills your time, it should help.

It's not unusual. Partly emotional perhaps but also, are you consuming large amounts of leafy greens? I flood my body with absorbable nutrients with green smoothies, green lemonade, salads, wilted salads, broccoli soup, nori rolls ups, etc. Then if I want to pig out on raw deserts, I let myself, and I do. Practically every night, for now.
Just don't give up!

First of all, you're probably eating so much because the two days of eating FF probably not only didn't give you the nutrients you need, it may very well have depleted some of your nutrients stores. And I have a question for you. I promise I'm not trying to be snarky, just giving you something to think on. You say that you're worried about all the calories you must be ingesting eating all this RAW food. Did you worry that much when you ate that FF two days in a row? My point is, relax. Let your body get back into the raw groove. You'll have more to worry by stressing over it than you would if you just ate all the raw you needed and got back on track.

Set smaller goals that you are comfortable with and keep them.
