I used the banana to search for the term 'raw milk' but then it highlighted every time the word raw was used! Like that would help me find what I was looking for.:o

I know a lot of people who are raw are also vegans, but are there some raw foodies that eat raw meats (like gravlax, carapacchio(sp?), tuna ie sushi) and drink raw milk or raw eggs? This might be addressed in Allisa's book, but am waiting for delivery.

I found a source in town that sells raw milk. I have always been a fan of milk and am wondering about trying it. The packaging says "for animal consumption only" ..is it safe for me too? I assume it must be, but would like some input from others.

most raw foodists i think are vegans but there are those who advocate raw animal products. i personally don't at the moment but might considere having raw dairy in the future. i've had raw cheeses already.

[QUOTE=samariah;334273]most raw foodists i think are vegans but there are those who advocate raw animal products..../QUOTE]

... but not on this board. This board is in support of the living and live food journey as Alissa explains in her Mission Statement here:

You may wish to visit another site:

http://notmilk.com/, read the book The China Study and see the video "Eating" for more information on the effects of animal products on the human body.

Yes, please keep in mind that RFT is geared towards supporting the raw food diet based on the teachings in Alissa's book and DVD and she does not advocate raw dairy (or meat) consumption so that topic is not one we are open to discussing on this particular forum. Thanks!

Raw Cheese? Raw Milk?

ICK:eek:

Alissa Cohen does not promote cooked foods or dairy products (raw and cooked).
