I can get them for only 95 cents at my local farmer's market. What are some creative things i can do with them?

I've made a sort of "guacomole" out of them when I add it to avocado..and depending on what you like, you can keep it sweeter or make it a bit savory with onions... i love it

the guacamole sounds really good, i'm going to try that. do you just make it with avocados and pom?

I just love to eat them straight from the fruit :D
I savour the taste that way. When I've had them as an ingredient in meals I find I lose the flavour. Maybe I should chew more???

cranberry-orange-apple relish with pomegranate seeds, cinnamon and vanilla and ginger (grated fresh is yummier than dried)

They make great "ice cream" when blended with frozen bananas. More of a sherbet, but...it's delicious.

yum thanks for the ideas guys!
It's FANTASTIC. Normally I find the fruit a bit to sour to my taste, but as a juice it's way more sweet.
If you don't own a juicer (I don't), just do it like this:
roll the pommegranate (still with the peel on) on a flat, hard surface, pressing it down. You can feel the little seeds crunching, they release there juice this way. Keep rolling until you think they are mostly crunched. Make a little hole near the top and squeeze it out above a glass. You can then roll it again a couple of times to get out even more juice.
You need two for a big glass.
It's my new elixir...!
