I just had the Best lunch

my lunch was so good today, nobody I work with would appreciate it, so I thought I'd share here.

Onion bread topped with tomato basil sauce, marinated mushrooms, & red bell pepper. (my version of pizza)

small salad with lots of veggies.

Desert was raw carrot cake with cashew "creme cheese" icing. :D

I got it! When you do get to make it to one of the potlucks, you could bring that to make it up to me!;) :D I love hearing when someone is in love with what they made! It makes my heart sing!:D

Fabulous! funny thing, I was just thinking, the other day, as I munched an onion bread sandwich, how good onion bread would be as the base of a pizza, and was thinking of trying it the next time I make one... great minds, and all that...
