I just walked by the cafe here at work and she's baking something with cinnamon. *drool*
What can I make that has that cinnamon toast thing going on that my dad would make when I was little?

I love to slice up bananas or peaches and sprinkle cinnamon on them. You can also put some agave on top.
Alissa's walnut fudge has cinnamon in it too.

Ani Phyo's donut holes rolled in cinnamon sugar (date sugar, Sucanaut or Rapadura dehydrated cane sugar)

I made a "cinnamon toast" once and it was very good...don't know if you wanted a quick-type recipe or not but...
I used Alissa's Burger Bun/Calzone dough recipe but I omitted the seasonings (garlic, etc.) and just made it plain. I spread it on the teflex and dehydrated for a while until time to flip over and then dried more. Then, I brushed on coconut oil, sprinkled with cinnamon and dried just a tad longer and then topped with agave nectar. It was very good.

we had raw apple pie last night for dinner. maybe that would help?
crust: almonds-ground dry in the food processor, add a little oil and salt. Blend til it clumps together. Press onto a plate
peel apples, cut into small chunks. add agave, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves to taste. mix well. pour onto crust. Viola. Takes like 10 min to make and even less to devour! ;)
