Dreams - Do you dream raw?

I have some pretty bad dreams some nights. I chalk it up to the old wives tale "Eating before bed" makes you have nightmares. :D

In my dream I was going through a book shelf at a Good Will store and I saw two old raw food books and I was like :eek: Soo very happy!!


And then I woke up!

What a nightmare :mad:


I don't own any books lol.... That dream was sort of a tease lol.

Yep. Both raw and SAD foods. A couple nights ago I dreamed that I was walking through a huge building and noticed the brown floor looked burned. My dh reached down and broke off a piece and discovered it was all made of over-baked, dry biscuits!! I had been looking at raw bread recipes and think the dream was sybolizing SAD bread not being worth the floor you walk on.

I had a dream that a raw vegan man told me he thought what i was doing(being raw) was the most beautiful thing. He said he knew i wasn't perfect but just the journey in itself is what's beautiful. I woke up glowing. No one ever tells me those things. I think he represented "raw veganism".

i do remember a dream from a month ago- i ate a SAD meal in it under social pressure....... and then felt SO guilty i just couldn't calm down.. i was like WHY OH WHY this is SO not worth it............

then i woke up and was so relieved :D i was so happy nobody made me eat garbage(SAD food) for real hihihi

This is so very interesting. I had a dream last night, in fact, about going back to our old house that we sold this summer. I miss the whole neighborhood very much. I dreamed that the current owners were all into healthy living and juicing, etc. We connected on that aspect. But in real life, I don't know them. I have been sleeping better on raw living. I go to bed totally exhausted, instead of lying awake for awhile. I fall asleep faster and wake up earlier -- that is good!!

In one of my dreams, I got upset because a little boy ate all the grapes off a grape tree (:eek:)

That's funny. Although I'm not eating 100% raw (yet), but high raw (and some periods 100%), I have dreamt a couple of times that I was at my family's house, and automatically took a sandwich or was offered other (cooked) food and then just before I ate it, I remembered and said, while putting it down: 'Oh no, I eat raw!'... Hehe... Wished that happened more often in real life :D...

In the very beginning, I would have dreams that I was GORGING myself, and I mean really shovin' it in, on SAD crap/food......and I would always wake up upset, thinking I actually HAD done it! Weird!

I didn't realize others were experiencing the same kind of thing! Since going raw or LIVING foods I've have several dreams where I was eating and/or preparing raw foods.
One in particular I had brought bags of raw nuts to the SAD relative's house- someone that believes food is only healthy if cooked- and she had found the raw nuts and tried them. She was so profoundly affected by the high energy of them that she began feeding them to the dog and the other people. She then told me that my nuts were amazing and how they had really benefitted everyone, including the dog who was ill and was now better!:D

In my first month or two, I had four or five dreams where I would accidently eat a piece of pizza or something, forgetting I was raw. Then I would remember after eating and get totally freaked out and down on myself about it. I think they were giving me messages about how I was really feeling, although I didn't realize it at the time, I was so afraid to go back to SAD!

Yay! I had a dream last night that my mom made some of that famous Deviled Eggless spread for me and I was eating it with a spoon and it was delicious :)

LOL I dreamt of a big green frog that was following me around everywhere. What do you think that means? This thing was practically neon green. It was about the size of a football.
