I purchased Nori Sheets at Whole Foods in London. They were black. Do you think they were raw? Thanks!

Mine are black too and I got them from good foods. I think they have to say they are untoasted on them. Mine do.

AFAIK nori is black when raw and green when toasted. I hope that helps.
