Hello to all you beautiful rawies!!

I've been lurking since the beginning and now have finally decided to quit being anitsocial and get busy posting. Ha ha. After a 4 month run at 100%, I let my raw obsession get the best of me, causing a slip back to about 75%. Now recognizing that raw is so much more than a physical journey, I am back up to 100% and aware that I need to spend as much (probably more) time caring for the psychological and spiritual challenges and awakenings.

So there ya have it... short and sweet.
